James Faed Junior by Stuart Faed

Last night we attended a lecture by Stuart Faed at the Catstrand. It marked the opening of an exhibition of the work of his Great Great Grandfather James Faed Junior. Having sold James Faed Junior's work in the Gallery it was interesting to hear such an affectionate talk by Stuart on his family. He certainly helped me get the Faed Family tree clear in my head and I enjoyed hearing extracts from James Faed Jnr's diary.

Anyone who is interested in Galloway history as well as the work of the Faeds will certainly enjoy the Exhibition at the Catstrand.
