Our friend Anne, gardener extraordinaire, must have been keeping an eye on the weather forecast. Last night she brought us tons and tons of flowers - if they'd stayed outside they wouldn't have had much of a chance in the rain storm that we've had today.
We now have five huge vases of gorgeous blooms in the gallery, ready for our Saturday visitors.

The flowers are gorgeous! There is something just so much more appealing about garden flowers displayed simply than big bunches of exotic flowers that have probably travelled half the world to get to our shops. Now, if only I had a garden!
